Sistren Sphagnum 2013 Felt This work was created by intense labour of cutting and rolling strips of felt, sewing, and constructing. The work was made during my stay during the 2013 Don Blanche Residency. Conceived as a resting place for visitors to the forest the carpet of sphagnum moss is a spot where one can sit and metaphorically recharge. |
